Set up Chepom Bookings in 10 minutes
From sign-up to your first bookable link: the six steps and what each one needs.
You can take your first online booking the same day you sign up. Here is the whole path.
1. Sign up
Go to Start for free, choose your country, and enter your email. We send a sign-in link — open it on the phone or computer you are using. You can also sign in with Google. No password to remember.
2. Your salon
Name, the type of business (hair, nails, massage, clinic…), your city and your phone number. The phone number is what clients see when online booking is paused, so use the one you answer.
3. Address
One line is enough. If you travel to clients, switch on We come to the client and describe the area you cover — clients are then asked for their address when they book.
4. Services
Three starter services appear for your category. Edit the names, durations and prices, delete what you do not offer, and add the rest. Photo import reads a printed price list; website import reads your existing site. Every service you keep is bookable online — you can hide individual ones later under Services.
5. Hours
We pre-fill Monday to Saturday, 09:00–19:00, Sunday off. Change the days and times to match your door. These become your own working hours; each staff member you add later gets their own.
6. Photo
Add one cover photo. Clients see it on your booking page and on the Chepom Bookings marketplace. Until you add one, a sample photo for your category is shown.
Done — you are bookable
The last screen shows your booking link and QR code. Share the link on WhatsApp or Messenger, post it on Facebook, or print the poster for your counter. From here you land in your calendar.
What to do next
- Add your team under More → Staff and give each person their hours.
- Choose the % clients pay when they book online and upload your bank QR under Settings → Online payment (see "Online payment and no-shows").
- Put your real prices in — anything still marked [approx.] is a placeholder.
- Fill the Getting started list in the side menu; it disappears when everything is done.
