Your QR poster and booking link

Where your link lives, the places that bring the most bookings, and how the marketplace listing fits in.

Your booking link is u-now.lovable.app/book/<your-salon>. It never changes, it works 24 hours a day, and every booking through it lands on your calendar with the slot blocked. Here is how to get it in front of people.

Find it

Getting started in the side menu, or More → Online page. Both show the link, a copy button and the QR poster.

The poster

Download poster gives you an A5/A4 PDF with the QR and your salon name. Print it and put it at eye level at the counter, on the mirror station, and by the door for people who walk past when you are closed. A client who scans it sees your services and free times immediately.

The places that bring the most bookings

  1. WhatsApp / Messenger — put the link in your profile and in the message you send when someone asks "do you have a slot tomorrow?". Sending the link instead of a time list saves you the back-and-forth.
  2. Facebook page — set the link as the page's button ("Book now") and pin a post with it.
  3. Instagram bio — one link only, so this is it.
  4. Google — add the link to your Google Business Profile as the appointment URL.
  5. Your own website — a "Book" button to the link.

The marketplace listing

Being on Chepom Bookings also lists your salon on the Chepom marketplace for your city, where people search by treatment. The listing uses your cover photo, services, prices, reviews and any deals you create under Deals. If you would rather not be listed, switch off Show my salon on Chepom under More → Online page — your own link keeps working exactly as before.

Reviews

After each online booking is completed, the client is invited to leave a review. Only clients who actually booked and attended can review, which is why the badge says "Verified". You can reply to any review within 48 hours from More → Reviews.

Deals

A deal is a discounted service for quiet times — Tuesday mornings, for example. Create it under Deals, choose the days and hours it applies to, and it appears on the marketplace with the saving shown. Deals are the one place a commission can apply, at the rate you agree; it is 0% unless you have set one up with us.
